In this month’s Articulate City Member Spotlight: He may first come off as a bit of a quiet guy, but get him on the right topic and Noah Guillaume can jabber on just as long as any other Articulate City member. Noah is a graduate of the Journalism department at Colorado State University and now works as a Copy Editor and Online Editor for the Northern Colorado Business Report. He loves biking, is trying to learn Spanish, and is very uncomfortable with us featuring him on this month’s spotlight. (read more)
