In this month’s Articulate City Member Spotlight: He may first come off as a bit of a quiet guy, but get him on the right topic and Noah Guillaume can jabber on just as long as any other Articulate City member. Noah is a graduate of the Journalism department at Colorado State University and now works as a Copy Editor and Online Editor for the Northern Colorado Business Report.
